High Bun

Last night I co-washed my hair with Aussie Moist Conditioner, since I had an old T&C and didn’t know what to do with it or how it would end up today. I styled my hair in a high bun. I did the front of my hair in two strand twists to create the style. Of course in the morning the twists hadn’t dried. I just left it twisted and walked out the door. Surprisingly, I got a few compliments on my hair. I guess it wasn’t so bad. Now I have a new style.

Also, I started taking prenatal vitamins on Saturday night, so we’ll see if I get any noticeable results in the health of my hair.

XOXO,

  1. Yall and these prenatal vitamins! I bought Andrew Lesserman’s hair, skin and nail vitamins from HSN. I haven’t received them yet though. Probably by tomorrow.

I love the high bun on you. Your edges are really smooth too. I am doing a Creative Bun Series starting on Monday on my blog. I hope you’ll stop by and check it out. I can’t wait to share it!

Those chunky twists are gorgeous too 🙂

    • Thanks! I’ll be sure to check out the creative bun series. Will it be buns you make on your hair? or are you using pics and styles from other people?

Girl…. I brush the front of my hair and use castor oil and gel to smooth it. *gasp* I can’t live without my brush. Sorry! LOL

As far as the vitamins go… I tried a hair, skin and nail vitamin that my cousin recommended to me and it gave me palpitations. So far, so good with the prenatal vitamins. They’re actually smaller than the multivitamins I was taking.

      • It’s going to be buns I’m doing on my own hair. I’m making a best attempt to be creative lol.

I hear you on the brush. I use my hands with some 100% aloe vera gel and some Jane Carter Nourish and shine, but if I want it super sleek, I use the edge of a piece of brush I have left (yes a piece of brush. God knows where the handle is lol).
